Over two years after a devastating tractor-trailer crash forced it to close, Simeon’s reopened in August. Sporting a new color scheme and an expanded second floor complete with an oyster room, Simeon’s has undergone a few aesthetic changes. The owners also made some updates to the menu but have stayed true to the Simeon’s mainstays.
