Ithaca College Television's Newswatch 16won the Apple Award for best television broadcast at the College Media Advisers' spring conference in New York City. The award, presented March 22 by CNNfn correspondent Christine Romans, honored student print and electronic journalism. Advisers Eloise Greene and Michael Serino and seven Ithacan staffers attended the conference.
