LGBT Center Website Wins Award

The website of the Office of Multicultural Affairs Center for LGBT Education, Outreach, and Services has been awarded the Communicator Awards Print Media Award of Distinction.

The Communicator Awards is an international awards competition that recognizes outstanding work in the communications field. Entries are judged by industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. There were nearly 4,000 entries in this year's Print Media Competition. Winners come from advertising and public relations agencies, corporate commnuications departments, educational institutions, government entities, designers, writers, and other businesses and individuals.

The LGBT Center website was created by LGBT coordinator Lisa Maurer and Braeden Sullivan '04 (organizational communication, learning & design).
