Beginning today, May 15, Ithaca College employees are invited to ride the bus to the Ithaca Commons free during the hours of 11:00 am and 2:00 pm!
Those wishing to take advantage of this new benefit should use their parking permit as their bus pass, leaving the empty plastic permit holder displayed from their rear view mirror in their vehicle as usual. Remember though, your parking permit must be displayed in the vehicle at all other times to avoid being issued a ticket.
When you take advantage of this benefit you avoid losing your parking space on campus and hunting for a space downtown. This special arrangement will be in place from May 15 through the fall semester and will be reevaluated at that time.
The College is pleased to work with TCAT and our own parking and traffic services, in order make this benefit available. We are also happy to support a vibrant downtown Ithaca.
