Allison Kapner '04, an organizational, communication, learning, and design major, was awarded one of nine New York Women in Communications Foundation scholarships.
The competitive annual scholarship program recognizes women who demonstrate academic excellence, financial need, involvement in the field of communications as well as school and community service activities. Kapner was awarded the largest scholarship amount of $10,000 of the three undergraduates chosen. Undergraduate and graduate students as well as high school females are eligible.
