Out for Lunch is a new lunchtime walking group sponsored by the IC Wellness Clinic in the Department of Exercise and Sport Sciences. It is an effort to promote health and fitness throughout the campus community, free and open to all IC faculty, staff, and students.
Walking routes will be varied throughout the summer; a typical walk will last 40 minutes but you can also pick and choose the amount of time that you wish to spend exercising.
Expert advice and assistance concerning health and fitness will be provided by a staff member from the IC Wellness Clinic.
So why not take a break from a hectic day? Get some comfortable footwear, a water bottle and step out for lunch!
