The Ford Observatory will be open for public viewing of the Mars opposition on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, August 26 and 27, from 10 p.m. to midnight.
To attend an open house, just show up in front of Textor Hall by the flagpole. A shuttle van will make regular runs to convey people from the flagpole up to the observatory and back down.
