Do you have questions regarding your diet?

Have you always wanted to know whether it was better to count carbs or calories?

Here is your chance to talk with a registered dietician right here on campus. Her name is Alexa McDonald and she is here to help you. She is always available for private consultations, and can be contacted via e-mail. Her contact information can be found at Dining Services.

Alexa will be making regularly scheduled visits to the IC campus. On Friday, October 10, her schedule is as follows:

9:15 a.m.-10:30 a.m. -- Campus Center Dining Hall
11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. -- Towers Dining Hall
12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m. -- Terrace Dining Hall

Please come visit with her. Dining Services wants everyone to make healthy choices and be well informed. She will be here for you!
