The EMS campus wide reservation system has been off line since last Wednesday, October 22. EMS runs on the Memphis server, and has experienced significant problems ever since all offices running EMS lost connection to that server last Wednesday.
Staff from ITS continue to work on a resolution to this problem.
In the meantime, Conference and Event Services will try to take short-term reservations by hand. Please note that without a current database, conflicts between reservations may occur. Likewise, Conference and Event Services will be unable to meet the 48-hour turnaround time for reservations while the system is down. Please continue to e-mail your reservation requests to roomres@ithaca.edu.
