The class of 2004 is supporting the creation of a special gathering place that communicates Ithaca College's history and traditions, captures the spirit of the student body, and reflects the breadth of experiences of the entire College community.

In September, the senior class voted to designate its class gift to assist with the renovation of the Food Court seating area in the Campus Center as the place where Ithaca College memories can be displayed and enjoyed by all. The focus of the dramatic design plan for the space involves the creation of an open and welcoming environment that also serves as a historical experience.

Soon, the College will be seeking memorabilia from the last 112 years, but first we need an appropriate name for this new space. That's where you can help. You can suggest names for consideration by the senior class and the College's Naming and Endowment Committee. E-mail your suggestions to ithacafund@ithaca.edu by December 1.

Ithaca College has a story to tell and lots of memories to share with faculty, staff, students, and visitors. Thanks to the class of 2004, we'll soon have a place to present our history.
