Congratulations to LeaderShip II Grads

A second cohort of LeaderShip participants completed the year-long program on October 30. The select group of 24 engaged in 14 learning workshops designed to build leadership capacities in an ever-changing work world.
In alignment with the institutional plan, LeaderShip provides the opportunity to develop leadership skills in an environment of support and camaraderie with a diverse cohort of fellow Ithaca College employees. LeaderShip participants find the program to be a rewarding experience, enhancing their effectiveness and productivity at work and in their personal lives as well.
The LeaderShip II participants (most of them in the photo) are: Vanessa Brown, Brad Buchanan, Duane Corbin, Vicki Estabrook, Colleen Barnes, John Fracchia, Bonnie Griffin, Deb Harper, Randy Harrell, Bob Holt, Matt Huddle, Carole King, John Krout, Sam Lapp, Sybil Metz, Jill Moreland, Elayne Nicholas, Nancy Pringle, Cindy Reckdenwald, Terry Ruger, Gerard Turbide, Donna Veres, Liz Wavle, Dianne Zamoiski.
LeaderShip III is currently in progress with anticipation of a LeaderShip IV cohort kicking off in February 2004.
Employees amongst the first pilot class, LeaderShip I, graduated last April. They are: Larry Chambers, Nicole Eversley-Bradwell, Terry Flanigan, Kristen Ford, Cheryl Freer, Eloise Greene, Kristiina Heptig, Karen Johnson, Jim Loomis, Brian Martinson, Bill Pelto, Terri Reyna, John Robertson, Jo Anne Rosato, Tim Shutts, Kelly Stevens, Graham Stewart, Cheryl Tarbell, Fred Vanderburgh, David Weil and Grant Wilder.
