Every year at this time, the Office of Conference and Event Services works with the Office of Dining Services to project catering costs for the following year.
This information should be helpful to departments as they begin the budget process for 2004-2005.
Based on projected changes in labor, benefits and product cost, all catering prices will increase 3% for the 2004-2005 fiscal year.
