Fitness Center Offers Classes

The Fitness Center is offering the following classes for the spring semester. You can sign up until classes are full for group exercise. You can drop in anytime for the aerobic classes.
These group exercise classes have a fee:
Pilates
Yoga
NEW -- Tai Chi
Massage
These aerobic classes are free:
Cardio Kickboxing
Core Strength Training
Step Aerobics
Stability Ball
Please refer to the Recreational Sports website for dates, times, and fees, or stop by the Fitness Center and pick up a flyer.
