To ensure your stapleslink.com online VISA Procurement Card orders are encumbered on this year's 2003-04 budget, your orders should be placed no later than Friday, April 16, 2004. There is no guarantee that any VISA Procurement Card orders placed after that date will be included in this year's budget and may be encumbered into the new year 2004-05 office supplies budget.
