Tuesday, July 20, is Pitch Day! The day has been set aside as a day for the entire campus community to get rid of unnecessary paper and digital document clutter -- and to have an ice cream social.
People are encouraged to dress casual and make office staffing arrangements for meeting basic customers' needs while participating in Pitch Day.
Beginning on Monday July 19, big blue paper recycling bins and a large trashcan will be delivered to common areas or hallways near offices in all academic and administrative areas. Facility services staff will be available to replace bins and empty trash throughout the day. You may also call the service request center at Physical Plant, 274-3225, should you need additional assistance.

Pitch DayThe day will culminate with an ice cream social held on the Campus Center Quad from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. -- rain location: Emerson Suites. All employees are encourage to attend!
