Ithaca College's football team has been ranked seventh by Sports Illustrated in the magazine's annual preseason poll.
IC has posted 33 straight winning seasons and returns 36 letter winners from last year's 10-3 team that reached the quarterfinals of the NCAA playoffs. Ithaca opens its season on September 11, hosting Buffalo State at Butterfield Stadium.
