Paula Davis, associate director of academic funding in the Office of Development since 2000, has been promoted to director of corporate and foundation relations, effective March 16.
As we step up our fund-raising activity, it is more important than ever that we develop relationships with organizations that will yield a significantly higher level of financial support for the College. Paula will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding support from the College's corporate and foundation prospects.
In addition to her work in academic funding, Paula has served on Staff Council for four years and was elected chair of the council in April 2004. She has stepped down from that position since assuming her new role as director of corporate and foundation relations. She is also a graduate of LeadShip class IV.
Paula holds a bachelor's degree in German from Cornell University and a master's in library science from Kent State University.
