Many of your friends across campus have joined Weight Watchers at Work, a good, sound plan to help you lose weight the right way. You might not recognize them right away, as they now are looking sleek and healthy! Don't let the temptations of summer eating ruin your self image. Instead, come and join us at Weight Watchers where you will learn how to eat better and prepare delicious meals that your friends will never believe are not laden with tons of calories. It's fun, it's creative, and, most importantly, it works!
The new summer session will begin on June 7 if we have at least 15 people registered, and we are soooooo close to being there! Our meetings are every Tuesday from noon to 1:00 pm in the Suzuki room on the third floor of the Whalen Center.
The program runs for 16 weeks and costs $159, which can be split into two payments, deposited two weeks apart, if you wish. This is cheaper than the traditional programs off campus.
Interested, but not quite sure what it is all about? Be our guest at our May 31 meeting. You don't need to make a reservation, just come on down! Have some off-campus friends who might like to join you? By all means, invite them as well!
