I'm pleased to announce that Phil Annese has been promoted to the position of operations director. Phil will oversee operations of our three resident dining centers and all of our retail locations.
Phil has a culinary arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America. He brings 18 years of food service management experience to this new assignment. He has served the Ithaca College campus in a variety of dining management positions for a total of 13 years. Most recently he has been the manager overseeing Terrace Dining Hall, the CHS coffee cart, football concessions, the kosher kitchen, and the campus bakery.
