Ms. Paula Ferrara from the Walt Disney World College Program will be visiting the Ithaca College campus on October 26 and 27, 2005.
In addition to scheduled presentations for students, she has expressed an interest in meeting faculty members and a willingness to do classroom presentations. Possible presentation topics include human resources, customer service, and the hospitality industry. Faculty interested in meeting with Paula or scheduling a classroom presentation should e-mail her directly.
