Washington Semester Program Recruitment

The Ithaca College Washington Semester Program is accepting applications for the spring, summer, and fall 2006 semesters. Four informational sessions will be held on campus in the coming weeks.

These informational sessions will be held

Wednesday, September 14, at 6:00 p.m. in Park 220
Thursday, September 15, at 12:10 p.m. in Park 220
Wednesday, October 5, at 6:00 p.m. in Park 220
Thursday, October 6, at 12:10 p.m. in Park 220

These sessions are intended for students interested in attending the Washington Semester Program in the spring, summer, or fall 2006 semesters. Former participants in the program will be at the sessions to share their experiences.

If faculty would like WSP director Tom Bohn to make a brief (5-10 minute) classroom presentation to discuss the program (especially first-year and sophomore classes), please e-mail him at bohn@ithaca.edu or call the D.C. office at 202-986-0008 or the campus office at 274-3640 or 274-1520.

Students enrolled in the program earn 12-16 credits through coursework, special seminars, and a 6-credit internship. Students live in a comfortable residence hall located on Connecticut Avenue just south of the National Zoo in the Woodley Park section of Washington.
