After almost 25 years of service to Ithaca College, Gladys Ward, risk manager, will be retiring on October 14. Gladys will be moving to Princeton, New Jersey and then on to her home in Delaware. Gladys has developed a very customer-oriented risk management department during her time at the College and her presence will be missed by those who have worked closely with her over the years.
