As a part of the Student Leadership Institute, Lisa Maurer will present a free session entitled "Building Allies and Supporting Difference" on Wednesday, September 28 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klingenstein Lounge.
Session Description: "What’s an ally? What can one person do to interrupt stereotypes and discrimination? Come and learn about the benefits of ally work. Leave with strategies to be or become an ally, affirm diversity and social justice, and take action!"
The Student Leadership Institute is a free ongoing series of workshop sessions designed around topics in leadership and is intended for all Ithaca College students.
