Frank W. Musgrave, Economics, was one of forty-four participants from academia, law and government invited to the Oxford Round Table held at St. Anne’s College, Oxford University in England from July 17th to July 22nd. The participants came from Japan, Nigeria, the United Kingdom and the United States. The format was designed to elicit discussion and debate along with selected presentations. The theme for the round table was “The Economics, Politics and Financing of Education.” Musgrave presented a paper selected by the program committee after reviewing submitted abstracts.
