iServiceDesk Upgrade Oct 25 to 27

iServiceDesk will not be available from Tuesday, October 25th through Thursday, October 27th so that a major software upgrade can be done.

During this upgrade, please submit all service requests to [mailto:pplant@ithaca.edu]. Emergency requests should still be called in to Physical Plant (274-3225) during regular business hours and to the Office of Public Safety (274-3333) at all times outside regular business hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement this very important upgrade.
