The sun IS shining, and Nelly wants you to know that you are in luck -- there are still some empty spots in the next Weight Watchers at Work session! Don't let the sun go down before you make that important commitment to yourself; you are worth it! The next session will begin on Tuesday, November 8 and will run for 16 weeks. Got your interest yet? Read on below.
Weight Watchers at Work has helped many, many community members shed pounds and learn how to eat sensibly over the past 5 years. Those who have attended meetings usually need to have new ID photos taken, as they look a lot different from their old selves! Weight Watchers is a fun, sensible way to plan what you eat and to learn control. Exercise is encouraged as well. Meetings include handouts and great information from your fellow members; what are good options for eating out, how you can plan to successfully negotiate a buffet table, what new healthy products are out there for you to sample, and more!
Weight Watchers is open to ALL campus community members, including students. Meetings are held every Tuesday from noon to 1:00 pm in Whalen 2310. Cost of the program is $159, payable in one or two installments. The session will run for 16 weeks, ending in February 2006.
