The ITS Helpdesk is pleased to announce that the entire inventory of loaner Dell laptops has been replaced with new models.
The new Dell D610 laptops feature wireless capability and an 8X DVD+/-RW burner, though it is important to note that the loaner laptops no longer come with floppy or ZIP drives.
The Helpdesk loaner equipment program also includes Mac PowerBook G4 laptops, LCD projectors and conference phones. The equipment is reservable (by staff and faculty members only) through the self-service online interface at https://www.ithaca.edu/computing/reserve/equipment/.
