It is with a great deal of sadness that we inform the College community of the death of Jamie Lou Wilson Works, after a two-year battle with cancer.

Jamie joined the College on September 16, 1970, after graduating from high school, as a temporary mail clerk. She joined the library staff shortly thereafter in the acquisitions department. Over the years she held the following positions: bookbinder, binding clerk, bookkeeper, bookkeeper/asst. periodicals clerk, bindery assistant, and acquisition assistant/binding and receiving.

Friends may call from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, February 3, 2006, at the E. C. Wagner Funeral Home of Ithaca, 421 N. Aurora St. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 4, at Immaculate Conception Church.

In addition to her family's selected charitable organization, the library staff is also planning a tribute to recognize Jamie's many years of service to the College.
