In honor of Black History Month, Ithaca College Dining Services and the African-Latino Society are proud to present Soul Food at Terrace Dining Hall on Tuesday, February 28, 2006. An evening of food, performance, and music begins at 4:30 p.m.
Come experience Southern-style home cooking at its best! Dinner starts at 4:30 p.m. The Soul Food Menu will feature fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, collard greens, sweet potato pie, peach cobbler, and red velvet cake.
The menu is just the beginning. At 5:30 p.m., President Williams will open the festivities, followed by a performance by Amani, and music from a community choir. Come experience the essence!
