Fitness Center: Block II Group Aerobics and Group Cycling Schedules

New aerobics and group cycling schedules for block II- starting March 13th at the Fitness Center.

The Fitness Center is offering new group exercise classes for block II. All classes are free!
The new schdule is:
Monday: Fab Abs- 3:15-3:45pm
Monday: Cardio Kickboxing-4:00-5:00pm
Monday: Butt 'n' Gut- 5:15-6:15pm
Tuesday: Funk/Jazz- 12:00-1:00pm
Tuesday: Cardio Kickboxing- 3:15-4:00pm
Tuesday: Stability Ball- 8:20-9:20pm
Wednesday: Fab Abs- 3:15-4:00pm
Wednesday: Cardio Kickboxing- 5:00-6:00pm
Wednesday: Salsa Aerobics *NEW* 6:00-7:30pm
Thursday: Stability Ball- 12:00-1:00pm
Thursday: Cardio Kickboxing-3:15-4:00pm
Thursday: Body Tone- 4:00-5:00pm
Thursday: Funk/Jazz- 6:15-7:15pm
Friday: Butt 'n' Gutt- 3:15-4:00pm
To participate in one of these classes, you must first sign-in at the Fitness Center front desk. Sign-ups begin 30 minutes prior to the start of each class, on a first come first serve basis. Only 30 individuals will be allowed into each class, so get here on time!

We are also offering Group Cycling classes. Classes run 3/13 through 4/23. The new times for block II are:
Monday: 11:15-12:00pm
Tuesday: 7:30-8:15am
Tuesday: 7:30-8:15pm
Wednesday: 4:00-5:00pm
Thursday: 7:15-8:15am
Thursday: 5:15-6:15pm
Friday: 11:00-12:00pm
Saturday: 2:00-3:00pm
Classes are $20 for six weeks, or you can purchase a punch card of varying amounts.
