The use of Webmail continues to grow, and at some points during the day the number of users attempting to access it exceeds the capacity that the current machine can handle.
ITS is aware of the problem and actively working to implement a solution. We're installing a second server to help balance the load on the Webmail system, effectively doubling the capacity. We hope to have this solution in place by the end of April.
