Bradac Wins Distinguished Service Award From American College Personnel Association

The Career Services office is pleased to announce that John Bradac, Director of Career Services, recently received The Distinguished Service to the Commission for Career Development Award at the 2006 American College Personnel Association convention in Indianapolis, IN.

Sponsored by the Commission for Career Development, this award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the field of career development, as well as for their service and advocacy for the commission and to the career development profession.

An active member on the Commission for over twelve years, John has twice been elected to the Directorate body that represents career services offices nation-wide. His service also includes acting as liaison for the Commission to the ACPA Convention Placement and Career Services Planning team for over fifteen years. In addition, John serves as Coordinator for the ACPA Convention Placement, the nation’s largest and most comprehensive placement center for student affairs professionals. We congratulate him on this achievement and thank him for his many contributions to the career services profession.
