Wednesday April 26th is Administrative Assistants Day! Show you care by getting your assistant, friend, or loved one a dozen beautiful roses!
In conjunction with Rotary district 7170 of the city of Ithaca, Ithaca College’s Rotaract club is selling roses. Roses are $15.00 for a bouquet of 12, and are available in red, white, pink, coral, yellow, and mixed. At least $7 of every bouquet goes toward the Rotaract Club here at IC!
All proceeds go toward the purchase of a vehicle for a nursing home in Alta Floresta, Brazil. Currently, these people have no means of transportation to hospitals, clinics, and other necessary travel. Even in an emergency, there is no way for these people to get to a hospital in a timely manner. We are trying to raise a total of $4500 to help the local Rotary Club in Brazil purchase a vehicle. We are asking you to help us reach this goal for the benefit of the senior citizens of Alta Floresta.
If you would like to order roses, please send an e-mail to IthacaRotaract@yahoo.com. Please include your name, where on campus you’d like the roses delivered on April 26th, the number of bouquets desired, the color of each (red, white, pink, coral, yellow, and mixed), and the date and time you would like a member of Rotaract to pick up your payment. Orders must be prepaid in full with cash or checks made payable to Ithaca Rotary Club.
