Summer Student Employment at IC

If you are planning to work at the College this summer, you should be aware of
the College policy that student employees are not to be scheduled to work more than
40 hours of work per week, including hours from all on-campus jobs.

Students who have been hired for summer positions will receive details via email early in May regarding the procedure for submission of Time Report Forms (TRFs) from multiple departments. Your cooperation will help to insure that Fair Labor Standards Act regulations are followed and that you are paid correctly in the event of overtime hours. Please contact the Student Employment Office at 274-1171 with any questions.
