Howard Kalman publishes article in Performance Improvement Quarterly.
Howard Kalman has co-authored "A Framework for New Scholarship in Human Performance Improvement," published in a special issue of Performance Improvement Quarterly, 19(2). The article began as a reaction to recent criticisms of the limitations of instructional design and resulted in the development of a conceptual framework for analyzing learning designs.
