Due to the events related to the Campaign Kick-Off, Board of Trustees Meetings, Admissions Open House (etc) the Offices of Conference and Event Services, Catering, Facililites Services and Public Safety will not be able to provide any additional (not already scheduled) services the week of October 9 through October 15.
Due to restrictions on the number of hours student employees (and non exempt staff) can work any given week, no additional services or events can be provided the week starting October 9 and running through October 15, 2006.

Due to the Campaign Kick-Off and associated events, catering, audio visual, and all other Conference and Event Services will be unavailable between October 11 and 13, 2006.
Please be advised that due to the Campaign for Ithaca College events and Board of Trustees meetings on October 12 and 13 (as well as an Admissions Open House on October 14), there will be no ability to provide any additional catering, Facilities Services or audio visual services on October 11, 12 and 13, 2006. All service providers on campus are already over scheduled in support of the campaign and the Board of Trustees events, and all student staff in these areas are not allowed to exceed their allotted hours for the week.
