Sigma Iota Epsilon, the American Marketing Association, and Career Services cordially invite you to their 10th annual Etiquette Dinner.
Students from all schools across campus are encouraged to attend. The event will include keynote and etiquette speakers, a three-course meal, door prizes, and more! Students can learn appropriate dining behavior to make a great first impression on potential employers.
This year's keynote speaker, Ms. Michelle Berry, president of Courtney Consulting and member of the Ithaca Common Council, will discuss her own personal experiences in the professional world. Director of Dining Services, Mr. Jeff Scott, will demonstrate proper dinner etiquette from how to dress to how to order food. Ms. Deb Mohlenhoff will also make an appearance, emphasizing the college's efforts toward the Poverty Challenge Campaign.
In addition to these great speakers, networking opportunities will also be available to students, as employers from the day's Career Day 2006 job and internship fair will be in attendance.
The event will be held in the Emerson Suites on Tuesday, October 24th with the reception beginning at 5:15 p.m. and dinner commencing at 6:00 p.m. Dress, of course, is business professional, so dress to impress!
Ticket sales will be held in Textor Hall, Park School of Communications, Campus Center Lobby, and Smiddy for $10 per ticket. One dollar from every ticket will be donated to the Poverty Challenge Campaign. Due to the limited number of seats available, tickets will go quickly, so be sure to purchase your tickets as soon as possible!
