Balancing the Mind, Body and Spirit ---

Everyone is welcome to join! Are you ready for the fall challenge?

Fall into Balance is the second program offered through The Office of Human Resources as part of the BeneFITS...your Life wellness initiative. One of the goals of this program is to educate employees of Ithaca College on mind, body and spirit topics such as nutrition, stress reduction, group exercise, strength training, and other areas. While educating, we hope to get everyone active and create positive lifestyle changes that will benefit each person in the future.

Fall into Balance includes teams of 8-10 people who will compete over a six week period starting October 30th. The teams accumulate points by attending organized activities, being active and reading articles on the Fall into Balance website.

Supervisors: Please print and post in your department. Your employees will benefit from this program! Help get the word out to all faculty and staff. We are also available to come to your departments and talk about the program as well as educate you and your staff on various health topics.
