Catering Prices for 2007-2008

Every year at this time, the Office of Conference and Event Services works with the Office of Dining Services to project catering costs for the following year.

This information should be helpful to student groups and departments as they begin the budget process for 2007-2008.

Based on projected changes in labor, benefits and product cost, catering prices will increase an average of 4% for the 2007-2008 fiscal year.
