Please join us in celebrating the seventh annual International Education Week (IEW), a joint initiative of the US Department of State and the US Department of Education to recognize and honor the power of international educational experiences.

Calendar of events:

Saturday, 11/11, 3-6 pm, Fitness Center -- International Soccer Tournament.

Monday 11/13, 11 am – 3 pm, Campus Center lobby -- Photo exhibit

Monday, 11/13, 10 am – 3 pm, Campus Center Lobby -- Ten Thousand Villages Sale
Fairly traded handicrafts from around the world.

Tuesday 11/14, 11 am – 3 pm, Campus Center lobby -- Photo exhibit

Tuesday, 11/14, 7 pm, Park Auditorium -- Documentaries from Korea
A screening of documentary films produced by students from the Cross-Cultural Documentary Research and Production who went to Hanyang University in Seoul, Korea during Summer 2006.

Tuesday, 11/14, 8 pm, Klingenstein Lounge -- Africa Jeopardy.
A competition to test your knowledge of the African continent.

Wednesday 11/15, 11 am – 3 pm, Campus Center lobby -- Photo exhibit

Wednesday 11/15, 11:30 am – 1pm, Klingenstein Lounge -- Ithaca World Fair.
The room will feature “information islands” for Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, and Latin America, displaying materials by study abroad students and faculty.

Wednesday, 11/15, 4:30-7:30pm, Campus Center Dining Hall – International Dinner
Wednesday, 11/15, 7 pm, IC Square -- One World Dinner
The Campus Center Dining Hall has prepared a meal based on recipes submitted by international students at IC. Following the dinner, international students and campus groups will perform in IC Square.

Thursday 11/16, 7 pm, Textor 101 -- International Film Festival
A screening of films by IC international students.
