The Caring and Sharing Committee is looking for individuals, departments, or organizations to "adopt a family" for the holiday. This year, there are several ways you can help an Ithaca College employee and their family who may be suffering a hardship or unforeseen circumstance.
Adopt-A-Family for Gifts:
You can receive a "wish list" from a child or children, which you would purchase for the family.
Create a Gift Basket:
Family essentials such as laundry soap, cleaning supplies, tissues, paper products, personal hygiene items, soap, shampoo, etc. are a great help. You can receive a list of the products needed by the families and create a special basket for them. Grocery gift cards for local grocery stores are also appreciated and may be added to these baskets.
Pick a Tag from the Giving Tree:
If you would like to purchase only one gift for a child, please stop by the Bookstore or the Chapel and pick a tag from the "Giving Tree." (Please be sure to limit to just 1 gift per tag.)
