By taking advantage of the personal training program at the Ithaca
College Fitness Center, you can help someone you care about to begin on
the lifelong path of fitness.
In light of the holiday spirit, we would like to extend you the
opportunity to purchase a personal training gift certificate for this
person. The personal training program offers the following gift
certificate packages:
Body Fat Assessment $5
•Includes a seven-point body composition analysis completed with a trainer on a one-to-one basis.
Complete Fitness Assessment $10
•Includes a seven-point body composition analysis along with other fitness tests that help assess where you are in relation to your fitness goals with a trainer on a one-to-one basis.
Pay By Session $10
•Includes a one hour long session with a trainer on a one-to-one basis.
Four, Seven, and Ten Session Packages
40, $60, $75
•Each session package allows you to work one-on-one with the trainer of your choice to a personalized, detailed workout program that suits your fitness goals. In addition, the session packages include a free complete
fitness assessment.

As per your wishes, we can mail the gift certificate to you personally or credit your son/daughter’s personal training account and contact them about setting up an appointment to begin their training.
