Mail Service Will Have Reduced Services on 1/11/07

On Thursday, January 11, the Mail Service office will be participating in the Finance and Administration Winter Festival from 11:30AM – 3PM.
There will be limited services available on this date.
The Phillips Hall Post Office will be closed from 11:30AM-3PM

• Morning mail delivery and pick up will occur for all departments between 9AM and 10:15AM. Plan to have your outgoing mail ready at this time.
• The FedEx afternoon pick up schedule will be curtailed. There will not be afternoon collections at the Phillips Hall Post Office, Admissions or Alumni. Only departmental outgoing mail, FedEx, DHL and UPS shipments prepared and collected on the morning delivery runs will be sent out that afternoon.
• FedEx shipments processed on FedEx.com by departments and prepaid DHL/Airborne packages can be brought down to the Mail Center by 3:30PM to be sent out that day. We will not be able to process shipments after the morning runs.
• Incoming FedEx, USPS and UPS Express and 2nd Day shipments will be delivered in the morning, if possible.
• Ground shipments will be delivered on Friday, January 12th but departments are welcome to pick these up at the Mail Center after 3:15PM on Thursday.
