Personal trainers at the fitness center can help you to stay motivated and stick to your fitness goals this semester. We offer one-on-one packages of 4, 7, and 10 sessions for $40, $60, and $75. When you sign up for a package… we even offer a free initial assessment of your physical fitness.
Also, we offer one FREE introductory session where a trainer will show you around our new equipment and give you some hints on how to stay in shape!
