At this time, we are providing an update on the status of the Compensation Program Review Project.
In January, Karen Hutcheson, Senior Consultant from Segal/Sibson and our project manager, presented an overview of the new compensation structure and pay guidelines. In the coming months, Karen, along with representatives from Human Resources, will be providing extensive training and informational sessions for our staff.
The training sessions have been designed to provide information on the Compensation Program and detailed information on understanding and using the pay guidelines. This will be an opportunity for staff to learn more about the program changes and to ask questions and provide feedback. Copies of the Compensation Handbook will be provided at these sessions.
The first series of sessions will be by invitation, and will include Vice Presidents of each division and their direct reports. Training sessions for other supervisory staff will begin in early March, followed by a series of open sessions for non-supervisory staff in each division.
We are in the process of scheduling these training and information sessions, and some staff have already been scheduled to attend a session through Corporate Time.
We anticipate implementing the new compensation program and any resulting pay adjustments in early summer 2007.
Thank You!
