Do you like to laugh?
Laughing is very, very good for you.

And, your body doesn’t know the difference between fake and real laughter.

What does that mean?
It means that whether you are faking it or really laughing you are…
*reducing the risk of cancer
*fighting heart disease
*boosting your immune system
*reducing stress and snoring
*increasing your stamina
*releasing endorphins (which get you high)
*warding off depression

ALL of this is SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN :)

Laughing is so fun!

Laughter is contagious.
Since your body doesn't know the difference, why not fake it?
Everyone in the room is moving around and laughing - for no reason.
(Other than it feels INCREDIBLE!)

So, what starts as a twinkle in your eye, puts a smile on your lips.
And then, a giggle in your throat.
Before you know it, you're full out laughing!

This whole concept is a peace movement.
It was started by a doctor in India.
There are 5,000 clubs in the world.

A laughing session lasts about 35 min.
We meet three times a week.
