I am thrilled to announce that Ithaca’s $115 million largest-ever fund-raising campaign passed a major milestone in March, when gift totals surpassed $100 million.
I want to thank all the people in the Division of Institutional Advancement and the entire Ithaca community who have been engaged in this monumental initiative since its inception. In addition to a network of dedicated volunteers across the country, we have enjoyed incredible support from the board of trustees, President Peggy Williams and her administration team, as well as from faculty and staff.
This campaign is as much about relationship building as it is about financial support. All of us involved in this unique enterprise have been incredibly heartened by the widespread loyalty of our alumni. It has been thrilling to visit Ithaca graduates across the country and share the good news about their alma mater.
The last stretch is still in front of us, but I know that with the continued support of everyone at the College we will be successful.
