On Thursday, March 29, 2007, the Campus Center dining hall will be hosting a “Texas BBQ” during dinner. Feast upon BBQ spare ribs, beef brisket, vegan riblets, corn on the cob, and baked beans in an old western style. And just when you think you’ve had enough, indulge in a sweet taste of apple cobbler before you turn in your hat. This BBQ comes into town only once, so make sure you’re there to enjoy it and don’t forget to pick up a cowboy hat and bandana!
