Dialogue is often interspersed between songs...Her music and lyrics explore her search for identity and personal experiences as an out, Asian American, artist in the music industry in a way that is youthful, engaging, and entertaining.
"Redefining Identity" lecture @ 8pm
A one-hour interactive human interest lecture exploring the search for cultural identity through the personal story of the presenter as an out, Asian American woman growing up in the rural south, overcoming obstacles such as racism, prejudice, stereotyping, homophobia, filial piety, and a severe disability (tourette's syndrome), allowing for a greater level of understanding about identity among student participants.

April 27 - Asia Night

7pm
Asia Night is our culminating event in honor of Asian Heritage Month. It is also an event that brings the IC campus community together. This is especially important with such a small Asian/Asian-American community on the Ithaca College campus. We are serving food from various Asian restaurants around Ithaca as well as holding an all-night raffle from various vendors around town. This year also includes a wide variety of cultural performances from Ithaca College and Cornell University.
