Inside Advertising Speakers Program of the Advertising Educational Foundation

Mr. Hayes Roth, Chief Marketing Officer, Landor Associates will speak at Ithaca College on Tuesday, April 24th, at 7:00pm in Park 281, under the auspices of the Inside Advertising Speakers Program of the Advertising Educational Foundation (AEF).

THE INSIDE ADVERTISING SPEAKERS PROGRAM sends high-level, seasoned advertising or marketing executives like Mr. Roth to colleges and universities across the country to discuss with students and faculty the advertising process, how it fits into our economic and social structure, and the issues surrounding advertising.

Mr. Roth’s will discuss Branding at the AAF meeting and PRSSA and AMA chapter students are invited to attend.

Hayes is responsible for directing all marketing and new business development efforts for Landor worldwide, as well as serving as senior manager on major, globally-driven branding projects.

Thirty years of broad-based marketing communications experience and a pragmatic approach to strategic business transformation have informed Hayes’ work with such organizations as Lucent, MetLife, Jefferson-Pilot Financial, Panasonic, Clarica/Sun Life, Ryder, Royal Caribbean International, ITT, Columbia University, International Rescue Committee, Wildlife Conservation Society, the New York Stock Exchange and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Most recently, he has directed global strategic branding efforts for Philip Morris USA and Citigroup.

The AEF is a nonprofit organization supported by agencies, media companies and advertisers and is dedicated to building a better understanding and greater appreciation of the socioeconomic role of advertising in our lives.
